Terms of Service

The service

Rankblocks ("Rankblocks", "we", "us") provides an SEO and AI search visibility platform that helps you find content opportunities, generate and publish content, and measure your visibility across search engines and AI assistants. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hey@rankblocks.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use Rankblocks.

Plans, billing, and renewals

• Paid plans are billed in US dollars through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change. We will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Plan quotas and any add-ons reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Rankblocks for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Resell or provide access to the service in a way not permitted by your plan.
• Abuse the API, run automated scraping beyond your plan limits, or circumvent rate limits and quotas.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the websites, brand information, and content you provide, as well as the content generated for you through the platform. You grant us the limited right to process this content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you submit and for how you use the output.

We own the Rankblocks platform, software, and brand. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the service as intended.

AI-generated content

Rankblocks uses AI models to generate articles, analysis, and visibility scans. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any content before you publish or rely on it. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, AI citation, or business outcome.

Third-party services

The platform connects to third-party services such as Google Search Console, WordPress, and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankblocks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Rankblocks and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Argentina, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
